What is the cost?
$15 for one module – 2 PD hours
$45 for four modules – 8 PD hours
$159 for up to 21 modules* - up to 42 PD hours

When do I receive my PD credentials?
Verification of your professional development hours will be sent to you by email in .pdf format upon completion of all sections of each module, and receipt of your payment.

Each modules’ "Respond" tab contains specific submission instructions for those earning the certificate, so please read carefully.  

NOTE: you must complete the 'respond' section AFTER you have registered for the certificate so the facilitator can verify your active participation in the course content.  

How do I pay?
Certificates of Professional Development
Mail check or Purchase Order to “NWOET/Modules” and mail or fax to NWOET, 245 Troup, Bowling Green, Ohio 43403 or call 800-966-9638 with credit card information or with your questions.  This line is answered 8:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. every school day.
Payment must be received before verification, and no later than June 30, 2010 for modules completed prior to August 1, 2010.

Verification will generally be emailed 3-5 days after completion of the module and receipt of payment.

Verification is provided to districts at no cost by calling 800-966-9638.  Printed verifications listing modules completed are available for $10.00 payable by credit card, check or purchase order.

*Regular cost will be $199, but for a limited time during this pilot phase of the '21 Things' project the cost of the certificate is just $159  including all modules, the 10 hour classroom-related project and the actual certificate mailed to your address as well as an emailed electronic copy.

INFOhio, in cooperation with Ohio EdTech Centers, has developed the 21st Century Skills certificate program. Courses and modules noted as ‘21st Century Skills’ can be taken from INFOhio as well as other partner organizations including Ohio EdTech agencies.  A choice of classes will be offered online, via IVDL and at face-to-face conferences and other training locations state-wide.
